Rejuvenating Methods
To remain energetic and vigourous after menopause:
- Drink lots of pure water.
- Eat fresh whole organic fruits and vegies as well as whole grains and beans, supplemented by chicken, fish and low fat dairy if necessary.
- Practice some form of stretching such as Yoga and Tai-Chi.
- Walk at least 30 minutes three times a week.
- Train with weights three to five times a week to maintain muscle mass in arms and legs.
- Jump five to ten minutes a day on the minitrampoline to tone the lymph system.
- For ten to twenty minute periods daily, pray, meditate or practise relaxation.
- One day a week eat only fruits and vegetables.

- Keep reading and learning new skills.
- Get involved in activities and projects outside your family.

- Take antioxidants every day to slow aging and to prevent cancer and heart disease. Minimum daily dose: Vitamin-E 400 IU, betacarotene 25,000 IU and vitamin-C 500mg.
- Take a supergreen food supplement to increase energy and counter the effects of aging and polluted food, air and water.
- Always seek out new ways to keep silliness and fun in your life.
