The Endometriosis Association was founded in U.S. and provides support and information to women with endo, conducts research, and educates doctors and the public. The Association also publishes an excellent newsletter six times a year.

An American woman has written an excellent book entitled, LIVING WITH ENDOMETRIOSIS; How to Cope with the Physical and Emotional Challenges, (Addison-Wesley, 1987), by Kate Weinstein. Many women have found this book very useful.
THE ENDOMETRIOSIS ANSWER BOOK; NEW HOPE NEW HELP, by Laurson, Niels and Constance De Swann (1987) includes the endometriosis diet that promotes healing. Recommended although sometimes a patronizing attitude.
