Imagine that your inner self or spiritual guide appears to you in the form of a person. Imagine that you can ask questions and receive answers from this person. The answers may be in the form of a thought, feeling or symbol.
After you have finished the questions and answers, you may spend as long as you want in your special place in nature, drift off to sleep, or open your eyes and come back to the room.
