PSYCH YOURSELF IN, by Dr. Marlene Hunter (Seawalk Press, 1984), is an excellent book on how to use self-hypnosis in an easy and practical way in everyday life.
TRAGER MENTASTICS, by Dr. Milton Trager (Station Hill Press, 1990). A beautifully illustrated book about effortless movements that relax and heal.
RELAXERCISE, by D. and K. Zerach-Bersin and Mark Resse (Harper and Rowe, 1990). Based on the work of Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, these wonderful exercises promote improvement of posture, flexibility and release of tension.
SOMATICS, by Thomas Hanna (Addison-Wesley,1980). The book describes a simple five to ten minute stretch that releases tension, promotes greater flexibility, and prevents pain and stiffness.

THE LAUGHTER PRESCRIPTION, by Dr. Lawrence Peter and Bill Dana (Ballantine Books, 1982). Practical pointers for how to make more use of humour in your life.
THE DANCE OF ANGER, by Harriet Goldhor Lerner (Harper and Collins, 1989). A book about how to express anger constructively and how to improve communications in your relationship.
THE SEVEN HABITS OF HIGHLY EFFECTIVE PEOPLE, Powerful Lessons in Personal Change, by Stephen Covey (Simon and Shuster, 1989). This book provides a holistic, integrated and principled approach for solving personal and work related problems.
